THE PROCESS

Once you have submitted your enquiry and have reviewed our services and fees, we will send you a formal estimate and agreement for you to make payment and confirm your project.

(within 1-2 days of receiving payment)
We will schedule a meeting with Kat to discuss your brief and your celebration particulars.

(approx 2 weeks)
Kat goes to work to sketch out your hero illustrations which are then sent back to you for approval (2 rounds of ammendments are included).

(approx 3 weeks)
Kat starts the paint phase as well as completing the layout and your personal touches.

(approx 2 weeks)
We send you the finished artwork for approval and your review before it is sent to print
(This is the time to make any final ammendments or corrections, additional fees are charged for reprints).

(approx 24hrs)
We receive all your pieces and start the assembly process which can vary depending on the amount of complexity and total quantities. Your suite will arrive with envelopes stuffed and in clear cello bags.

(approx 1 week)
We finalise the packaging and dispatch your suites or individual items to your nominated address.
